Food, Travel & Sage Advice

it’s a fine city with a pretty beach. Just happens to be too close to the port for recommend swimming, plus since the Venezuelan crisis it’s not recommended to be on the beach at night. Has a very pretty sunset and a great restaurant with a great overlook and  reasonable wine prices. I can’t remember the name , it’s on the 6th floor facing the beach on the edge of the big park on top of a hotel with2 restaurants at the bottom. I ended up staying a week here just to recharge my batteries. There is no reason to stay more than a day or two to be honest. The food scene is ok but not great.
